First, log in to your account on the invoice system.
Without logging in, you cannot create profiles or invoices.
Click “Create Profile” to set up a profile. A profile represents your business or brand that will appear on your invoices and receipts. You can create multiple profiles and use them when generating invoices.
Go to “Create Invoice”. Choose Invoice or Receipt, then select a Profile to use. The profile info will appear automatically on your document.
Select currency, invoice and due dates, recipient’s name/business, and email address.
Enter item name, quantity, and price. The system calculates totals automatically. Click “Add Item” to include multiple items.
Enter tax %, discount amount, and shipping fee. The system calculates subtotal and total automatically.
Enter how much the client has paid. The balance will be calculated automatically (₦0 if fully paid).
Click “Generate” to create your invoice. It will be available for download and sharing.
Select Receipt instead of Invoice and choose a Profile.
Enter the currency, customer name, and email address.
Enter the payment date, description, amount paid, and any outstanding balance.
Click “Generate” to create the receipt. Unlike invoices, receipts don’t calculate items automatically.
